Meet Our Founder

P.S. Hair Alchemy was created by Crystal Harrell a professional hairstylist, army veteran, and mom who simply wanted better for her family’s curls.

With years of hands-on experience working with all hair textures, I’ve styled countless clients and had the opportunity to work alongside major hair brands, helping test and refine new products behind the scenes. But at home, I was still facing the same struggle many families do — four kids, four different curl patterns, and way too many products cluttering the bathroom.

I wanted one product line I could trust — something that honored curls without overcomplicating care. When I couldn’t find a product that met both my professional standards and my family’s needs, I decided to create my own. 

P.S. Hair Alchemy was born from real routines, real curls, and real life. Every formula is stylist-tested, family-approved, and made to simplify curl care without sacrificing results.
